Dasvi Review

Dasvi Review: 1980s movies used to have a hero who will fight with corrupts and villains, this is how audiences got their angry young man because they needed someone to look upon as a savior against all odds and get roti, kapda, makaan sorted. 1990s things got settled and we saw a new set of heroes which were riding bikes, had muscles, lovers but still fighting the villain.

Now in recent times we need a hero, who can fight the villain within oneself, that is where Dasvi stands and it should succeed. Forget if it is good or bad , slow or fast. Watch it to learn how to accept mistakes and strive to correct them.

RRR Review

RRR Review

RRR Review : Master Storyteller’s Masterpiece and a masterclass on how to balance two star talents when they come together on the same stage.

Big Big leap by south Indian Movie Industry over Bollywood, be it Visual Effects or way of Storytelling.

Rajamouli is a master of creating Magnus Opus and he has proved it yet again.

Though you cannot compare it with Baahubali as this story had its own way of treatment because of which it might feel slow in chunks and a bit lengthy.

The Kashmir Files Review

Kashmir Files Review

The Kashmir Files Review : Literally need some courage to watch this. This File is opened to show some brutal and heart-wrenching facts that were either kept hidden or intentionally not discussed for these many years.

Hard-hitting, Blunt, and closest to the reality of #KashmirGenocide unlike any other movie in past.

The show was Housefull with a pin drop of silence attention.

Hum Do Humare Do Review

hum do humare do review

Hum Do Hamare Do Review : Promotion of the movie is indicating the plot as “A son adopting his parents” but the movie is an old-style love story that serves nothing but an old dish with nothing new. A movie with Paresh Rawal and Ratna Pathak as protagonists will be far-far better than this, they still have managed to get some really good scenes in this below-average movie.

Sherni Review

SHERNI review

Sherni Review : This is one of the best films on the topics related to Nature and Human greed. Amit V. Masurkar does it again as he did it in his previous films like Newton. He is like a sculptor who does it in a subtle way but with full impact.

Sardar Ka Grandson Review

Sardar ka Grandson

Sardar Ka Grandson Review : A potentially good plot with weak execution. It is not a comedy movie and also not an emotional one. It hangs somewhere in between. Given a choice, I would re-write the screenplay with Neena Gupta as the protagonist. If you have watched the trailer, you will not get anything new in the movie. It may be due to overdone in trailers or underdone in movies.

You may watch it for the cuteness of Neena Gupta and Aditi Rao’s characters in this movie.

Pagglait Review

pagglait review

Pagglait Review : It is a story of an early widow in a family, based in Lucknow. Story of 13 days where the departed soul finds its way to a world outside this world and his widow finds out a path for herself in this world. Subtle screenplay, impressive acting, and beautiful character sketch resulted in a must-watch.

Tribhanga Review

tribhanga

Tribhanga Review : This is one of the best Indian cinema portraying women. A fresh and beautiful story with an engaging screenplay. This is a simple story that ticks all checkboxes of a good story.

Kaagaz Review

Kaagaz Review : The movie has Bad man, item number, and many more hacks which used to work till late 90s but now are cliche. A real-life story like this needed a more sophisticated direction but was treated superficially.

It is the natural and effortless acting of Pankaj Tripathi which is the only reason which may give you a reason to watch this movie till the end. This is a warning call for Pankaj Tripathi… Is he the next victim of typecasting?

You would not regret watching this film though you will be disappointed.
