Ludo Review

A trademark Anurag Basu movie with his signature style of storytelling. A game played by masses has a life lesson for all of us: “Ludo”.

Multiple plots stitched beautifully in an impressive screenplay. Unfortunately, we don’t encourage such effort but hopefully, we will this time!

POSITIVES

The screenplay, subtle comedy, fresh approach. Anurag Basu has added background narration to connect with more people. Just 3 out of 50 movies get successful in trying this concept and approach so big thumbs up for Basu Da to attempt and execute this successfully.

NEGATIVES

At some point, the movie becomes predictable and may remind you of movies like Delhi-belly, Lootcase, Hera Pheri, etc. Slow character buildup at starting. You might get a feel that movie is getting a bit lengthier.

WHO SHOULD WATCH THIS

Who liked Delhi-belly, Lootcase, Hera Pheri etc

WHO SHOULDN'T WATCH THIS

if you disapprove of a movie only based on experimental execution.
