Synopsis

After the fall of his homeland and the death of his father in battle, Ying Shuo takes the throne as Qin Wen Gong during a time of crisis. With the court divided, brothers turning against each other, and a doomed romance tangled in national turmoil, he pushes forward with sweeping reforms to transform the struggling western state.
