1. Digital-only product
Filmistani is a fully digital service — an AI-powered movie and web-series discovery platform delivered entirely over the internet at www.filmistani.com. We do not sell, dispatch, or ship any physical goods.
2. When does access start?
For paid subscriptions: access is granted instantly after payment is confirmed by our payment processor (Razorpay). Your account (signed in via Google) is upgraded to the paid plan in real time. A payment-receipt email is sent to your registered email address within a few minutes.
3. No physical shipping / dispatch
- There are no posters, DVDs, or physical goods involved.
- There is no courier, tracking number, or delivery address required.
- Service is available globally over the internet wherever Filmistani is accessible.
4. Service-access issues
If you have paid but your account hasn't been upgraded to the paid plan within 30 minutes, write to goksabhi@gmail.com with your Razorpay transaction ID and we'll resolve it the same day.
