Family Man 2 Review

This mix of crime thriller and modern family drama. You will feel that too many valves are open, water is overflowing, and is suffocating you. Don’t worry that is what Shrikant also feels and then he takes charge of the situation. And you will enjoy a roller-coaster ride with Srikant.

For some, Family Man season one will be the better one among the two seasons. But definitely, all will wait for season 3

9 Episodes, 50 Minutes Each

POSITIVES

Multiple subplots are stitched together nicely. Acting and storytelling are the strongest points. Casting and perfect portrayal of characters. The portrayal of fact that nothing is black or white in real life.

NEGATIVES

For some subplots, you may feel it is not new and you may have seen it in some other series as well. Continuity from the first season is very superficial and the Lonavala plot is stretched too much. At some point in time, you may feel writers have taken creative liberty just to unblock story progression, which does not fit smoothly.

WHO SHOULD WATCH THIS

One who loved season one. You may watch it for Manoj Bajpayee.

WHO SHOULDN'T WATCH THIS

One who is overwhelmed with crime, abusive language, chase sequences.
